We may also cancel an order if the social media platform changes their policy or our system detects an issue with the account. We do not guarantee any particular outcome or result from our services. We strive to provide the best services possible, but we cannot be held responsible for any changes in the social media platforms or any other factors beyond our control.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the use of our services and compliance with the terms and conditions of the social media platforms that our services support. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for any actions you take on any social media platforms or for any consequences resulting from your use of our services.

Refunds and Cancellation

We do not offer refunds for any of our services. All orders executed on our platform are considered conclusive, and we regret to inform you that we do not entertain requests for refunds in cases where inaccurate information has been provided. However, if we fail to deliver your order, we will offer a refund by providing credit for the undelivered services. Cancellation of an order is only possible if the order has not been processed or delivered. Once the order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your SMM Panel account. You should not share your login details with anyone else. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by unauthorized access to your account.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is located, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
